Udyam Registration Number: A permanent 19-character number in the format UDYAM-XX-XX-XXXXXXX.
Name of Enterprise: The trade name exactly as declared during filing.
Official Address: Flat / building, street, village, block, city, district, state, PIN, mobile and email.
Date of Incorporation: The date the business was formed or registered.
Date of Commencement: The date production or services actually started.
NIC Code(s): 2, 4 and 5 digit National Industry Classification codes for every declared activity.
Date of Udyam Registration: The date the certificate was generated on the portal.
